A passion for food runs greatly through my family’s history. Both my nonna and mother love to cook, and I’ve been lucky enough to inherit this passion down from generation to generation.
My first memories in the kitchen were helping my nonno “sgrana” the beans from the garden, licking the polenta spoon at nonna’s and setting the stove on fire when trying to make mom a soup when she was sick in bed and dad was away (luckily there haven’t been any more fires, only a chipped tooth!) These instances as a little girl, became the foundation for what has truly become one of my greatest passions and hobbies.
I would just like to say thanks to them both for their inspiration and that extra bit of love that they put into every meal. <3
